The work he did (not completed) was very poor, his workers cut long run metal panels (not cheap ones) and he was short almost a $1000 in panels he needed to complete the project. He left on a Friday and did not answer any of my calls or Texts. When I blasted him on FB a week and a half later he decided to call and "give me an update" after reading what I said. If it was the truth he would have told me the metal was ordered and in. I fired him. He left several piles of cut metal and trash laying around the house. I first contacted him on March 10. I fired him in early May. He had a crew of five who all during that time worked 4 days and only completed a little over half the roof. Jorden was in and out and obviously did not oversee his crew like a true professional. Not only did he raise the estimate over $2000 his crew cut the metal in ragged pieces. I had to hire someone else to take over and ordered the metal myself. You know the old saying-if its too good to be true it probably isnt. DO NOT USE HIM!!!! HE WILL SCREW YOU OVER.

He said it would take 18…read moredays and after around 30 days he walked off the job because he couldn't pay his help once he exhausted the money we agreed to. Just like another reviewer he would show up late, leave early, spent too much time on his personal problems, always something. His response is the typical contractor garbage that the scope changed and that is a lie since he didn't finish installing the door, all the sheathing and roof metal, trim, soffits, insulation, plumbing vent, dryer vent, caulk, paint, tie in water, clean up etc etc. I'm not saying he isn't a nice guy with a wealth of carpentry experience, I'm saying he has so many personal problems and lack of motivation that in the end you will have to find someone to finish what he started or finish it yourself like me. If you want to hire him I wish you good luck.

Tommy came out to do a driveway for me on a very steep slope hill. With all the rain and sand it…read morewasn't an easy job at all. We choose the "Chip Seal" driveway with peat gravel. It looks amazing, fixed all of our drainage issues, and was so easy to work with. Once he quotes the price, that's the price even if he does a little extra work. I called him back for a sidewalk and other dirt work. Again, very professional and I'll call him again when I need more work :)
