My appointment was for four tires replacement, but I also have some new noise concerns. These were addressed promptly during check in by Honda Repair Center Rep. A mechanic was summoned and determined that noise(s) might be due to worn out tires. After new tires installation, car was test driven and no unusual noise(s) was heard. I can't recommend Dent and Scratch Pro of Poway enough! My car's trunk lip got deeply scratched when the garage door closed while my trunk was open, and the metal bar scraped it badly. I requested an online quote and she responded the same day even though it was the weekend when the shop was closed. My car had a rusted dent in the rear-side panel that spanned into the bumper; paint peeling off my entire bumper along with tons of scratches; and paint peeling off all my door handles. Her team repaired like new and even installed a rear bumper protector I supplied. When I picked up the car, I noticed some small gaps where the bumper attaches to the right and to the left side of the car. She and her team took a look and tried to re-adjust as best they could. My Lexus SUV needed body work for a significant scrape and dent to the leftside passenger door. Mariela greeted me at the front desk. We inspected the damage to the door, and I was sufficiently impressed by her knowledge that I decided to have repairs done to a long scratch along the back bumper as well. Mariela was friendly, efficient and quickly prepared the scope of work, parts and labor for me, and the price quoted was reasonable. She told me they were having a busy week and would need to keep my car for a few days. She kept me informed of their progress. One glitch occurred. Mariela candidly and apologetically informed me that an employee working on a car next to mine had accidentally bumped some equipment into my car requiring some minor repairs. This necessitated them keeping the car an extra day. When I came to pick up my car, I found Mariela sanding and buffing out years of oxidation from the lenses over my car's headlights. I had inadvertently opened the hatch of my new car and it accidentally hit the garage door. It left a 2-3 inch scratch along the edge.
