I said OK pull both and she said no and refused to pull any. After digging and pulling around tooth I had no idea about tasting blood for hours after and pain from pulling and tugging on it. Then, I was called back. Horrible experience with this dentist. I had never used this dental office before, and will never return! Dr. Hubbard was extremely rude, unprofessional, and talked down to me. I thought he was joking with his first rude comment. I actually laughed, but then the rudeness continued. I was sitting there in a very vulnerable position thinking, is this really happening? He didn't even tell me what my problem was. He gave me "my options". After he left the room, I told the dental assistant how rude he was. He came back in and said, " I'm sorry you thought I was rude to you." I replied, "I didn't think you were rude, you WERE rude." When she voiced her concerns and asked for another option she was belittled, told that her research was wrong (although she searched actual medical journals for her information)and was told to stop playing Dr. Google. I could go on and on about what a miserable experience we had with them but if you read some of the other reviews they will give you the details. They need to get rid of that dentist and change their way of doing business to be more like dentist care. They don't care. There is one lab man named Chad who is actually a human being and did help as he could for my problems and I'll give him honorable mention. In summary- stay away!
