Their new policy was not accepting patients with ODSP. I was appalled to learn this as I have been on it as long as I have been going there. Any ODSP coverage will not be accepted. This practice is full of new ppl to Canada workng there, Dentists and associates. These nationalities are the ones that scream the word " DISCRIMINATION". Yet I was discriminated by them. I was born in Canada, worked my whole life & raised a family here etc. Unfortunately, my health took a huge turn and left me no choice but to go on ODSP. I am not a deject, or a low life...i worked and so.did my other half and my son now, contributing by paying taxes for yrs. Yet Dawn Dental said no to me with ODSP coverage. Shame on you..you discriminated and I will tell all I know what your policy is Not impressed.. especially one who was born here and paid my dues The day after I found a wonderful dentist that takes both ODSP and Canadian Dental Plan. Opens early and ends late for anyone in need. The dental work is by far the best. As soon as I come through the door, there is someone greeting me. Dr. Haider is a trustworthy man; and his positivity makes her a great Dentist, actually caring for his patients. The actual clinic is decorated extravagantly making the feeling of going to the clinic a safe and welcoming one. I felt no pain after my root canal and it has been a week. I plan to have my son remove his wisdom teeth when I get back.

The treatment that I have received should be the model for all service related businesses. Mr. Smart takes the time to know his patients and more important takes an interest in the person's overall health. I have never felt that I'm on an assembly treatment line, and that dental treatment is driven by dollars and cents, i.e., he does what is always in the best interests of the patient. I should also note that the staff are always very professional and make you feel comfortable whenever you are dealing with them. In particular, Kim who is an excellent dental hygienist. Please note that the only affiliation I have with this Dental Office is as a patient. In closing, I highly recommend that you seriously consider this Dentistry as your first choice.
