They were able to see me inside 24 hours as a new patient. My tooth is now better than before I chipped it and my dental hygiene better than it ever has been. Today I tried using the Equality Act 2010 again and reasonable ajustments. And the receptionist kept talking over me deliberitly not wanting to let me use it for my health to help. So then they kept hanging the phone up, which never helped my condition so I kept phoning back. And even without answering cutting me off. I paid a lot of money to join this practice which they asked for and now they are not even answering the phone they blocked me. I'm my opnion they clearly have issues with people such as me with disabilitys. And use a protected act and you get worse treatment. I recorded the call today but also asked for their recordings under a subject access request under GDPR legislation which is free they have to give you it. Things got so bad today they made a threat against me for phoning up when they kept hanging up. So I contacted the Police for and was given a log number for any futher incidences. One manager stated to me about my treatment from the dentist. If you want to complain about treatment complain to him. I allready advised them the dentist scares me do to certain actions. So asked for ajustment for me not to deal with him directly and they ignored this as well. They tried to say he is inderpendent from them. But the fact is they have a duty of care. And they have what is legally known as a NON DELEGABLE DUTY" The amounts of money from what they state has gone right up over £1000 for me. Not the prices on their web page. You see the real side of these when you start to complain they are not so friendly then. And I am classed as disabilied.

Every time I'd passed there, I'd always wanted to go in and ask about the dental services they provide. Because I've seen signs being advertised across the Great Barr area, and I really needed a good dental surgery. I don't like dentists and I don't think many people do. So, when it came to the time when I knew I had to go, I had to make sure the surgery would be a great one. I'd heard so many good things about this surgery, so that's what convinced me to go with them. Once I registered with them, I received an exceptional service. Especially from the dentist that dealt with my dental treatment. It's great to know we have such brilliant dentists like this around which you can register with even if you don't live in that area. As it was an urgent treatment, I'm glad I went to a reputable surgery.

The…read morestaff are very friendly and chatty, they seem to remember you and make an effort to ensure you are happy and comfortable on your visit, i've taken my kids and grandkids over the years and they do appreciate that they can be difficult with the dentist at times. Personally I have had extensive work done over the last 10 years but it has been made bearable by the professionalism of the staff here. The only thing is im not sure whether they take on any new NHS patients any more which is a shame.

It is modern, even trendy with a great decor, it's clear they have invested in the very latest dentistry equipment. The staff members are extremely friendly and highly professional. I get the impression that they really care about your teeth, concentrating on preventing problems rather than treating them the team will educate you on how best to look after your mouth. They offer all the other treatment too such as tooth whitening, cosmetic stuff, braces and so on but as dentists go this one is the most impressive I've been to.

My own Bhandal practice was open but had no dentist in, (What use is that) so I contacted 111 who got a dental nurse to call me back to carry out an assessment and make an emergency referral. Within 10 minutes, this practice called me back with an appointment 45 minutes later. I'd been in agony with a back molar that needed to come out. I don't know anyone who likes going to the dentist but I must say this was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Receptionist and other staff in reception area were all so lovely. The lady dentist and dental nurse were absolutely fantastic. Talked to me through the procedure and made me very at ease. I've had a lot of pain in the past when I've had the injections to numb my teeth but not today. I didn't even feel her extract the tooth. I was given expert advice following the extraction, especially on how to prevent a dry socket which I've had previously and never ever want to have that pain again. I would highly recommend this dental practice and if I could change and have these as my regular dentist I would. Thank you ladies. You were all amazing

Wouldnt say its the best dentist out there as would say that there are definatley better ones that you can use rather than this one. Good service and i nice friendly local dentist but facilities arent that great. Overall pretty average.
