So my daughter has been Dr. Cross's patient-we had seen him once free of charge last year and then never needed to come here again. So this time around after visiting the Orthodontist the decision made was 4 teeth extraction for improving crowding. My daughter went in this afternoon and the front staff greeted us took all our insurance info sent in all the direct billing for us-we pay upfront and the they direct bill for us and we receive the check that's how they work. Baby A. was taken inside in a timely manner and Patricia our dental assistant made her feel so so comfortable.She briefed us with the procedure and Dr. Cross soon came in and made A. at easy securing her the 4 shots won't feel and the extraction would feel nothing but a tug and pressure. All this was done within an hours time-Patrica constantly held my daughters hand and patted on her held she felt so so nice she just told me and Dr. Cross obviously did a great job keeping A. engaged with his short conversations.He is very experienced and gentle. This clinic is super clean-modern-lots of staff and lots of parking.Its situated in the Milton mall by Lowes. Baby A. not so baby said to rate them 5 stars and also mentioned that Patricia gave her a kiss before leaving. Great job Towne Dental!!!

Ended up finding another good local dentist with more appointment availability. Wouldn't hesitate going back here again. Yes there are lots of pictures of Russel Peters but I mean if I knew him I would plaster his face everywhere too :)

Seriously though I simply wouldn't go anywhere else! The front desk staff make you feel like family, even when you miss an appointment, eeeee not my proudest moments. They have flexible hours and even make time for you if you walk in with an issue that simply can't wait. I recently had a root canal there preformed by there visiting root canal specialist. Wow, is all I can say! These dentist know what there doing and stick to it! Not to mention the sweet, friendly and gentle Hygenist's that go the extra mile. You can certainly tell that everyone is happy to work there, that means a lot to me. Got Smile? Go team Apple!

Everything from the beginning till the end was just perfect.My daughter got referred here by a…read morelocal dentist and I had very high expectations of this place because they do have some amazing reviews not on yelp but google etc. So this place is located in a house-very modern and cozy from inside.The reception is super friendly and there is an easy iPad check in process if there is a line. This was my daughters first visit her after being referred to Dr. Berka by her dentist.After our check in soon all X-rays were taken and we were taken to the Dr Berka..she examined my daughters teeth and soon came to the conclusion that she might need a couple of years before the braces and all measures are taken.Once she said I was pretty sure our visit had ended but to my surprise she pulled up all the X-rays on the big screen went over each and every tooth and explained us in detail what she thought should be done.She took all her time to give us a plan of action which may be implemented after a couple of years-knowing that this patient may or may not return to her-I loved her attitude and prof approach-Remind you all the first visit and all the X-rays were free of charge. She told us to just a few things that her dentist could take care of while we wait. Once we are ready we are definitely going to Dr. Berka is a gentle doctor with tons of knowledge and gives her patients lots of time. The clinic itself is a midsize place-very professional run.Lots of school going kids getting dental work done here.
