I think this is the mildest treatment they have on their treatment list. This place seems to specialise mainly in botox-filler type things and laser hair removal (not for me - I'm still too young and not particularly hairy!). So what you need to know. Clean facilities, quick service. Quick run down of the pro's and con's of the treatment and a good holistic check up of your general skin routine and what more you could be doing. I came away also buying a new non-greasy SPF factor 50 which is exactly what I've been looking for. They also sell off the shelf high end face products and offer 30 minute consultations to help you cut through all the confusion. Good, safe bet. I'll be back again.

I was a bit apprehensive as Dermaroller (or microneedling) involves minuscule pin pricks on the skin to stimulate the production of collagen. In other words, this technique creates a response from your own body from microscopic needles lightly rolled over the skin. This will speed the body's own rejuvenation process and although you may experience redness and tightness for one day it soon calms down and new skin appears a few days later. Friends, colleagues and clients haven't stop complimenting me on how good my skin looks ever since! I work and saved to go there but I felt small going there, they never called me when they said they would even when uncalled them back. And they cancelled my appointment at the last minute after waiting several weeks for a body treatment. In the end I asked for my deposit back, and went to DrSebagh in wimpole street and what a difference. Dr Rakus was lovely, but quick. Eg I had Botox with her which was v. quick, and then she sent me to her assistant to blot any bleeding, etc as she had finished injecting. The Botox wore off after about 3weeks, I had top up and it still wore off , Not the best experience.

I tried their 3-course microderm treatment and have been a fan of them ever since. They're incredibly easy to reach, and their office is small but very bright, clean, modern, and professional. The staff are all super nice and equally professional - something that is paramount in this industry. My only gripe is that they can run a little late with their appointments, so be prepared to wait 10 or 15 minutes even if you show up on time. There's also some upselling, which is to be expected. However if you say no they won't push it. All in all I'd totally recommend this place for anyone who has fickle skin.
