The building and parking lot are all meticulously kept clean. They have a beautiful fish tank, several TVs and video game systems for the kids to play while waiting (not that you ever have to wait, so I don't think they ever get played ). Dr Brust is such a cool guy who has so much energy, always has cheesy jokes, and makes it a point to make a connection with every single person that walks through his doors (family of patients included). There have been a couple times when their system didn't charge us our monthly fee like it was supposed to, and they were very easy to work with to straighten it out. The ladies at the front desk usually seem kind of snotty, but I only deal with them for the 2 seconds it takes to schedule the next appointment, so whatever, they don't bother me. My daughter's teeth look beautiful and we are looking forward to her braces coming off for good this fall. I can not stress enough, Dr Brust is who you want to be your orthodontist.

The entire staff is kind and helpful. Our first to have braces only had them for a couple of years. Her teeth weren't too bad but we started kind of late with her. Her teeth are still so beautiful!! Our second and third children had to start much earlier. Typically they start with phase one which is for making space and expanding the mouth for adult teeth. Both of our boys have been through phase one and are heading into phase two. Dr. Brust is sooo good with the kids! The office has video games for the kids to play, a beautiful fish tank, a hot drink and snack area, and a play area for younger siblings. Once I arrived, I was given a lot of paperwork to complete and constantly being told that they were going to "create my treatment plan." Nobody there had looked at my paperwork, nor looked at my teeth to see if I need any treatment besides a cleaning, but everyone was talking about my "treatment plan." The used salesperson came out and tried selling me a used car, stating that the services in my "treatment plan" were "investments." This used car salesperson then refused to allow me to get my teeth cleaned unless I agreed to pay them over $400 for what they insisted had to be done "same day" prior to my teeth cleaning, otherwise this was insurance fraud. WHAT?! Smh. Liars. Con artist dentistry here...don't waste your time or money. She has the softest touch when giving shots that I have felt in my 18 crowns/caps. She is calm, reassuring and has to be one of the most patient people that I have ever met. I am pretty tolerant of pain and when I was having a reaction to a rot canal that brought me to my knees, she knew that I needed help. Appropriate consultation, meds, and even told me to text her if it didn't get better in a day or so. And she texted me the next day to ensure that I was doing okay. It doesn't get better than that. I will follow her as long as I have teeth. Office staff - friendly, concerned and fun. Hygentist Michelle has a good touch with her tools (much better than the former lady who I swear was digging through to my ankles). I don't mind coming to this office!
