Not including the tire I got the oil pan from the same place that you could get it from and had it installed and it came with a warranty as well and it was $400 cheaper than you quoted and no it wasn't done in someone's yard either. You price markup's are ridiculous. Yes I still needed a tire which I was able to get a new tire and still came in $200 cheaper than you quoted me just for the oil pan alone. I don't know why you mark everything up so much and I'm sure you're not the only ones doing so. I could say a number of other things but it wouldn't change anything so I won't.

The price difference between the two locations is significant. The guy ringing me up said it was because pass rd is a franchise while Gulfport is a corporate store. Whatever the difference I learned my lesson.

All of the workers communicated amongst each other and seemed to work really well together. They checked over my air filter, tire pressure, and wipers as well. I chose not to change my air filter or wipers. At the conclusion of my service, I showed my military ID and got a military discount I paid and was then guided out of the bay. After picking up my car, I immediately noticed new, unexplained damage to the body that absolutely was not there before. When I brought this up, I received no clear explanation or accountability...just vague responses and a lack of concern. It's extremely frustrating to trust a business with your vehicle and end up with more problems than you started with. Between the unresolved repair and the additional damage, I cannot recommend this place. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you want reliable service and peace of mind.
