It is attached to a hotel and adjacent to the central market, so the mornings are quite busy. They need more staff with a dedicated barista. There can easily be a five minute or longer wait in the morning. Also, the staff do their job but could be more cheerful. They probably would be if there was more help. The tables don't get wiped down as you can guess. However, it is nice to sit inside in the a/c during a hot day. No wifi unless except through the hotel.

Let me set the scene, it was a foggy December morning and I was utterly fatigued only wanting a little pick me up to give me energy for my overly busy day (sorry Jeff I still love you man). It was only an iced americano and a Boston crème donut that I got but words cannot describe how perfectly simple these items were. Let me first talk about the ambience of the location before I get to ahead of myself as I usually do.... This was probably the most breathtaking Dunkin donut location I have ever been to in my life, and that is a lot, and even the customers were extraordinary kind and, if I do say so myself, good looking. Now on to my dining experience!!! The coffee was exuberant in its simplicity with a brew that was almost succulent in flavor. The humble Boston crème was an absolute flavor explosion (hey Cheryl) the chocolate shell was perfectly tempered and the donut perfectly soft but the crème was phenomenal. As soon as the crème hit my mouth I knew that I was in for a treat. I'm sure that almost everyone in this locale heard my audible moan.
