Unser Gourmet-Restaurant bietet Platz für 27 Personen - und mit unseren Sälen Mozart I und Mozart II genügend Raum für größere Gesellschaften. In der "Wilden 13" bieten wir Ihnen wechselnde Menüs an - wir haben also keine feste Speisekarte. Unser Chefkoch Tobias Laux kreiert für Sie immer wieder neue 4-Gang-Menüs. Was seated quickly where I wanted - nicely decorated inside Not being too hungry I ordered the Spargelcremesuppe and a Spargel-Erdbeeren Pannecotta for dessert Soup and drink came in normal time - soup sized as a small entree, generous first course, deliciously pureed with chopped scallions, just right amount of crème but I have to take away a star as it was way too salty (heart danger salty) - I had it with a dark bread that I subsequently asked for - they were out of Brezen ( normal as it was end of the weekend) the bread wasn't special ( grocery store quality ) but nice that they were accommodating The Pannecotta took forever to come ( I was about to remind them when it came finally - sadly another star gone ) - delicious and beautifully presented with lots of strawberries and a bit of powdered sugar, nice size not too small nor large but ! no taste of Spargel to be found ! This place had a very warm atmosphere with the lighting and wooden floor. I had the Schweinebraten and it was perfect. Crispy outside and tender inside. The portion size was more than enough. The red cabbage and potato dumpling with the gravy were excellent. Our server was great. Friendly and helpful while we decided on our meals. This is a great place to have a traditional German meal in a great environment.
