The most frustrating experience was having a scheduled showing canceled shortly before the appointment due to the unit allegedly going under contract. Despite there being other units in the building, no alternatives were presented. Overall, I did not feel that there was a meaningful effort to help me find a rental, which made the experience quite disappointing. As a review below I can relate to the experience of dismissiveness and lie about properties when it's a smaller commission.
