I saw a promotion on Instagram for the AquaPure facial…read more Before purchasing the deal, I emailed them to ask if it's a suitable treatment if you have active acne. They were quick to reply and assured me that it was. All communication afterward was very prompt and professional. The day of the treatment, I was asked to fill out standard forms. Then I was lead to the treatment room. The place is very clean and has the typical medical aesthetic clinic vibe. Dana was my esthetician and she was great. I came in with lots of hormonal acne and was very self conscious. However she made me feel comfortable and like any other client. We first did a skin analysis to see the current state of my skin. Dana then walked me through the different points about my skin. Then we did the treatment, which consisted of three steps. She walked me through each one, explaining the benefits of them. She also did extractions. She ended with a face massage, which was very nice and relaxing! I was expecting my face to be more red from all the extractions, but they actually seemed okay and were flatter than when I came. This is probably because of the last cooling step of the AquaPure facial. I've tried quite a few places for facial, and know pretty quickly if it will work with my skin. This one definitely does. They also guarantee results (have to read the details and disclaimers on the form). Overall, I had a really good experience and can't wait to try the other treatments like the chemical peel.

Normally, I don't like to post poor reviews but I would like my recent experience over the past year to warn people if you're considering coming here. 1. It feels like they treat you differently and judge you once they realize they can't get more money out of you. 2. Everytime I came in for a session they were trying to upsell me something. It made me extremely uncomfortable...and made me wonder if they were treating me differently because I wasn't willing to put more money in. I was worried if I kept saying no, it might negatively affect my results. I started dreading coming into my appointments. 3. 4. I've been here over a year, mostly because I got a package and I felt like I had to follow through with it. Initially I was really excited as laser hair removal was always my dream and my biggest insecurity and I went in trusting the "professionals". I should've done more of my own research because I realized in retrospect they were making me come in way more frequently than I personally needed, essentially wasting sessions. As a healthcare worker myself, I am a HUGE proponent of informed decision making which I believe this clinic is LACKING. Another example, no one warned about potential side effects such as your hair coming back THICKER and LONGER. Guess they want you to pay for more sessions ... they also only ended up using the highest setting for me after my 13th ish session. I don't understand why this setting was not used earlier as I kept coming in saying the hair was coming back, or suggested I stopped and went with other methods. 5. When I was sold a package, I was transparent about my potential inability to finish it because I was moving and I was told "we could work it out" at the end. We talked about a refund or use additional sessions in alternate parts of the body. When the time came, they said they could refund me. I waited weeks and FINALLY when they sent the refund invoice, there was a $250+tax cancellation policy that I was not aware of. With my refund and the $250 fee, i ultimately OWED the clinic money. If that's the case any person logically would go for my other option. I called to discuss my options and the one person that picked up told me, "I don't know what to tell you ... we have your signature". I have been trying all week to get in contact with the director but I kept getting the excuse that she's not in the office. Even if a policy is written on paper, customers should not be misled from the beginning prior to purchase. Any store you go to tells you in person before purchase if something is final sale, exchange only, etc ... regardless I wanted to have a discussion about options with them but despite my efforts have not heard back. 6. The packages seem like a good deal in the moment but are NOT worth the headache and the contingencies that come with it (even if it's MEDICALLY NECESSARY, they charge a fee to discontinue). beware of the fine print. 7. 8. It's just really sad to know that there are places that are taking advantage of peoples insecurities and in some cases, desperation for their own profit. I wouldnt have posted this if agreements were upheld and there was transparency and communication on their end. However this was not the case, leading to this review. I was looking forward to purchasing laser since I was a child and I'm disappointed to say this experience has made me extremely paranoid about any aesthetic service.

She worked out the kinks in my shoulders/upper back. Then went to work on my feet. Oh man, if you are the slightest bit ticklish I think you are going to have a hard time with the reflexology. There were definitely momemts I wanted to die (but in a good way) b/c it was ticklish. But afterwards I gelt so much relief and rension released in my feet. I practically skipped to my car afterwards - that's how great I felt! The clinic is very clean and everyone is friendly. Don't walk into the complex - the door is actually from the outside (straight from the parking lot into the clinic). I'm definitely going to get another Groupon and come back here.

We waited a little bit even though we made an appointment, they didn't seem to be ready for us, but it wasn't too long and they did offer us tea or water. The rooms were clean and spacious. You change inside the room. The bedding was really soft and comfortable. Very attentive masseuse. She asked me where I had muscle pain and really did focus on those areas, unlike some other places. She really did help me release those knots, unfortunately I didn't get her name. I had the Thai herbal ball massage which was really relaxing. It's herbs and essential oils wrapped into a ball shape and it's warmed and rubbed on your back. Although its not as good as the ones in Thailand. I really enjoyed the massage and will definitely come back. Although they might need to fix the CD player, because it kept skipping.

I received both filler and dysport injections without any numbing creams and it was totally not painful. The nurse was very gentle and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I cannot stress how lovely everyone was! My second time around I wanted to go back on short notice but the nurse is there every two weeks (only downside) and I was in a rush so I booked elsewhere - big mistake! I went to another medical spa and they totally ruined my under eye, ended up with bubbling and a tyndall effect which they refused to correct. My 3rd cosmetic experience I went back to Goldberg and I am still kicking myself for going elsewhere to begin with. Under normal circumstance no one would do the correction (I had called several places) but the staff at Goldberg are so kind they helped me to fix my issue and then some. I cannot thank Christina and Iryna enough for being so kind. I've learned my lesson and would never go anywhere else. I had my first microdermabrasion facial with Gina and she was excellent. She explained every step of the way and what to expect (there are crystals as part of the procedure -who knew). They recommended an excellent 40 SPF sunscreen cream that is also a moisturizer so it's only 1 step in the morning and I'm fully protected.
