Kaum hatte ich die Praxis betreten, wurde ich von der Ärztin in schroffem Ton gefragt, warum ich überhaupt eine Vorsorgeuntersuchung machen wolle - ich sei ja schließlich kein Bauarbeiter, der den ganzen Tag in der Sonne arbeite. Als ich ihr ein auffälligeres Muttermal zeigen wollte, winkte sie ab und meinte, es sei viel zu klein, um relevant zu sein. Zur Untermauerung zeigte sie mir Bilder von stark veränderten Muttermalen - offenbar, um mir zu vermitteln, dass ich übertreibe. Das Verhalten war aus meiner Sicht äußerst unprofessionell und unhöflich. Ich war nach dem Termin wirklich fassungslos und kann diese Ärztin leider nicht empfehlen. So jemandem sollte man als Patient nicht begegnen müssen - schon gar nicht in einer Vorsorgesituation, die Vertrauen und Sensibilität erfordert.

Doctor didn't even take time to look at my skin, sat at desk, looking in a book. Doctor is quite old, probably should have gone into retirement years ago. I only went to this Doctor because the office was near my house. I will never see this Doctor again, absolutely the worst on every level.

Man merkt sofort, dass er viel Erfahrung hat und genau weiß, was er tut. Er empfiehlt nur das, was wirklich sinnvoll ist, ohne zu übertreiben. Bei mir hat er Injektionen unter den Augen gemacht - erstaunlicherweise ohne einen einzigen Bluterguss, obwohl ich sehr leicht blaue Flecken bekomme. Außerdem hat er ein sehr gutes ästhetisches Gespür

If you have the public insurance, forget it, don't even waste your time with any of the doctors at this practice. If you are not German, do NOT go to this doctor because all the doctors will give you GREEN prescriptions even though you always get pink ones, only to make your life difficult and make you pay more in the pharmacy. This practice is filled with many doctors now and it only just a business machine to make money -- they absolutely do not care about the patient at all. We have gone a few times and every time we are treated so badly. The doctor spends less about 90 seconds with public insurance patients and if you have the public insurance, they even change normal prescriptions that would normally be paid for by insurance, to "self pay" prescriptions. The Doctors are so rude, a 90 second visit doesn't allow any time for proper diagnosis or medical care and if you have the public insurance, it is simply a waste of time. Absolutely DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!
