My experience and that of a good friend of mine who was there, too (having read the qype.com comments by the way) was VERY NEGATIVE. When you come to the praxis you feel exactly abgefertigt. Ms Fleck answers her mobile phone during the consultation, she is not answering the questions in the case you have them, she tries to get rid of you as soon as possible. Ms. Fleck is unavailable on the phone in case you call the praxis and have some extra questions. She does everyhting to make you understand she does not care at all whether you get well or not. She is giving very short info on your healing process or on medicines you should take. I was so disappointed and irritated that i even was wondering where could i complain about Ms. Fleck's services.
