My best friend used them for a custody case and paid them $2k. Michael J. Saglimben was the attorney and he was never available. For $2k he attended the initial hearing for which he was woefully prepared and did not defend his client at all. He never bothered to make an appointment with her to review the case prior to the court date. We made several phone calls during this 3-4 month period for legal consultation when issues with the opposing party came up. During this time the office staff who answered the phones were rude and acted put out. They promised return calls by Mr. Saglimben which never occurred. The whole experience was awful. Fortunately the other party wanted to settle and his lawyer handled everything on that end. At the time she paid the retainer Michael J. Saglimben agreed to pay back a portion of that money should the case not go all the way to trial. Once the settlement paperwork was done we asked him again about a refund and he agreed that money was owed back. We never heard from him again and follow up phone calls yielded nothing. Not only were they worthless in this case but also liars. Find a lawyer elsewhere!!
