After they billed my insurance to the max they also Overcharged me for a so-called "deep cleaning" $150, I was literally in their chair for 20 minutes, nothing above or beyond being done. i'm new to town and I should've seen the red flags win the other dentist offices I called had a nine months to a year wait list but this place could get me in within a week. now I see why they do business like this, extremely unprofessional, even my dental hygienist friends told me it's a scam places do to bill the max. Be more patient and try one of the other places in town, I know I am from now on would never recommend this place.

I went there for years and liked my dentist and dental hygienist but their new business office is a nightmare. December 19, 2017 at checkout I gave the woman my credit card. She overcharged me $209.40 and I pointed it out. She said she would give me a credit on my account for that amount. March 21, 2018 I returned and saw the hygienist for a quick cleaning. I asked the business office about getting refunded on my credit card the balance I had left. She told me the woman that can do refunds was on another phone having a personal crisis so couldn't help me at that time. She got off the phone in about 15 minutes then walked off into a side room. The woman at the counter then took my credit card info and said she would have her call me when she became available. Well they never called me back, so I called them 6 days later. After being put on hold I was told by a confused woman that refunds would have to be done by another office up north and it could take a long time. She was confused about the amount I would get refunded. As of now I don't know if I will ever get the balance they owe me. Anyway I canceled my future appointment. I do not need the stress from their business office that is either incompetent or just doesn't care. Beware if you go there. I'm done with this business.

Don't have Dr. Kaspar perform blepharoplasties on your eyelids. My current eye specialist can't…read morebelieve he is still in business. My eyes are ruined. In his defense he did try to fix it, but he kept cutting and cutting until I have very little left eyelid remaining. Instead of cutting in the crease of my left eye, he cut above the crease. I am not a candidate for surgery to have this repaired. I would have to have a forehead lift to fix the mess I have, which I cannot afford. I have to get Botox injections every three months at $50 a visit to make my left eye close at night while I'm sleeping and keep my right eye from opening up like a pop eye. I can't wear contacts like I used to. I have had to have a tear duct plug put in because my eye is so dry. I have uneven droopy eyes in photos. I say no. I didn't realize the statute of limitations was so short or I would have filed a case. That is $2500 I will never see again.
