I guess I waited about an hour which wasn't bad for the morning time and the amount of people that were there. As soon as I got called, I was taking in and my blood was drawn immediately. I wish I knew the name of the technician. She was so sweet we had a great time talking. Afterwards I had to have an x-ray and there was nobody in their imaging center and they took me right away. All in all making an appointment is probably better but walking in was great for me too. I recommend.

I understand things can occur. This MRI required of me, to abstain from Intimacy with my wife for 72 hours and to fast from midnight until the procedure. Okay not a big deal, nothing to get angry about. Here is where it gets worse!!! I called the next day to reschedule and the automated answering service said they were busy and would answer when available. After being on an automated hold call with music for over one hour without anyone picking up the call, their system ended the call. To me that's way way worse than an honest mistake which occurred at my original appt. What do you think? I had to edit this review, as obviously I needed to call back after their system ended my call without answering. So on my second call, again I've been on automated hold again. I'm over an hour again of hold time to reschedule my appt that was postponed by Halo not me. You'll never guess what happened. Yes you guessed it! Same thing occurred on this call!!! Over an hour and their system ended the call. No patient should ever have to wait 2 hours to talk to a live person to make an appt for a medical procedure. That's an indication that the patient is of no concern to the provider. It is a reflection of their professionalism. It should also cause concern for the rest of their ability in other aspects of their business to provide professional service. My new rating is 1

My first mammogram in my 30's was so yucky I decided I was done with them. Fast forward to my 50's and my hubby insisted (from a loving place) that I soldier up and get one done. To my surprise and relief, my experience at Eisenhower Breast Center was the complete opposite of my previous experience. The waiting room was warm and inviting with gentle lighting, and the check in process was swift. I waited about 5 minutes before being brought back for changing into my gown and was treated with Mom-like care by the nurse performing my exam. She was so kind and considerate of my comfort. The whole process was 15 minutes from arrival to exit. This month I completed my 3rd breast exam in a row at Eisenhower; I will never avoid them again because I will continue at this wonderful facility.

It is one thing to pay $1,275.00 for a full body MRI in a closed tube for one hour, but to be tortured from point of entry to a place so dirty, it boggles the mind how the 'grimy' front door remains open to the public! Words cannot express the painful experience of being 'attacked' by three staff personnel and having to call my spouse for support. Upon reading some prior complaints, it appears I wasn't alone. They are not giving me the copy, holding it hostage, waiting for the ransom of 300 dollars. i reported it to my insurance, inspector general, and will report to several more. the medical record is an ultrasound film review. It is unknown if it is accurate, truthful, or even realiable, as Halo Diagnostics apparently practices billing fraud. The large number of negative reviews on Yelp suggest this business cares less about service quality.

It's one of the best imaging centers around. They have several locations to serve you. My only complaint is the make is very difficult to review your results. They say the results are on My Chart but make you have to set up an account on a separate web site, log on, and request them to sent the images to you. This delays viewing your images, and they are only available form short time. The process is not necessary. They should just post the images on my chart like it says they do. I gave them four Stars due to this extra step, which is the whole reason you go to them.

The 2 Cust Serv Reps at RAD NET were helpful & had a good sense of doing more to help it be easier for me. I so appreciated that but did not get their names. I then was lucky enough to have had a GREAT Nurse Jenny who yes was informed, trained and had good working knowledge "BUT" more then that she had a great attitude and a great way of doing more to make one feel safe and good. She put a smile on my face for sure for doing more to make me be aware as well as to trust and feel safe. Whoever at RAD NET that hired her hit a Home Run and I so wish all had the opportunity to experience a wonderful human being. Jenny, Thank you for ALL you did to make me feel so good. They said no. couple months later I get a COLLECTION LETTER for $33 dollars! Desert Advanced Imaging never sent me an invoice, never got a call. my address was correct. I complained about the situation because this could have been avoided. im sure they would have sent a couple of invoices at some point.
