Amazing. The owner came out even on a Sunday because I wasn't feeling well on the day I originally scheduled the appointment and needed to stay in bed and was at my door exactly on time. He power washed my iron screen door that was filthy and all of my windows that are two story. Cleaned/swept my balcony as well as power washed it and all my windows are sparkling. My goodness!! Talk about a professional company. Super cute family business, always do a better job that I thought was possible! We always have them come out to clean our windows and screens when we come back into town to stay at our place in Scottsdale. Hired Desert Family Window to clean our windows prior to having an open house and they did an amazing job. The windows look great and he worked quickly cleaning the inside and outside of our windows. Since we were having an open house he suggested we take the screens off our windows to make them look better (which it did), and he even carried them into our garage and stacked them up.
