I just watched the presentation and it did touch on a few questions I had about some the the recent ads I've been seeing on TV regarding all of the new benefits being offered with some "Advantage" plans......things like dental, vision, hearing etc. I found out that there is more to learn and I will still want to speak with an Agent to help compare plans....my current plan does NOT cover prescriptions and I'm thinking it may be time to do some comparative shopping. Mary Kelly does not have the bigger family picture in mind. She allowed "family friends" of My dear Aunt when she was ill in 2023, to take control of her finances and medical decisions, when I was the original executor years ago before my Uncle died. I don't care about my Aunt's money. But guarantee you, Mary Kelly is only in it for the $$. Kimberly might be great. But when I tried to call the office to speak with one of them in Dec '24 for a quick conversation, the receptionist said; "you can't just call her without an appointment", which she/they will charge you $$ for.
