I had Desert Palms clean the carpets in my apartment when I moved out and I actually got my deposit back, something that never happens since apartments first thing they say is bad is the carpet but he left it like new and they could not say anything about it. I like the fact that when you hire Desert Palms the owner (Jason) is actually the one who comes out and cleans it himself. He is one of the most professional and nicest guys I have met. His prices were very fair and if I know he was going to do such a great job I would have paid more. Anyone looking to get they carpets cleaned needs to call Jason. Iv'e had my carpets cleaned by other companies before and they guys are in and out and you can tell that they just want to get the job done as fast as possible and get out. Jason took his time and made sure he got out the stains that we had and another awesome part was that the soft water he uses did not leave the carpet in the apartment all crunchy and they dried really fast. Jason was absolutely amazing. I called him to receive a quote and was amazed at the low price. He explained to me the methods and products he uses, which are all of the best quality. Even better, he was able to come in an hour at 5:15 pm! He was punctual, very friendly, and extremely thorough. All of his equipment and his truck were in excellent condition. We wanted the carpets cleaned in our new home before we move in tomorrow and he did an incredible job. He vacuumed beforehand and then got straight to work. When he was done cleaning, he went over and sprayed a very festive cinnamon deodorizer, which smells awesome. He even made sure to ask if we had any allergies before spraying. He gave us plastic booties to cover our shoes during our move and gave us a bottle of spot cleaner and explained how to use it. He was very professional and seemed to genuinely care about us as customers. HAPPY FEET!!!!! Jason Allison, the owner/operator, cleaned our entire home of tile floor & sealed the grout. The results were unbelievable! FLOORS LOOK NEW! Walking around the house has never felt so good to our feet!! We just arrived at our new to us home from out of state & the floors were filthy. So blessed I saw his ad in coffee news!! I can't believe the difference in the carpets Jason cleaned. Several of them are very old and he made them look brand new. He did a fabulous job and I am calling him to do more carpets. He was on time and spent a lot of effort to get out stains and make the carpets, including very old ones, look brand new. He also took out all the soap and suds from other carpet cleaners. He follows up the next day to insure there are new issues. He is extremely friendly and courteous. More importantly he is on time and spends a great deal of effort to make the carpets look great, take out any animal urine stains, and smells, and is extremely courteous. BEST carpet cleaning ever! I'm very impressed with their thorough cleaning methods. There's no residue from their products and they smell great. Unlike other companies I've used, I could tell that I was getting what I paid for. I could see the steam; there was no crunchy feel - in fact it was very soft; and it was dry within a couple of hours instead of overnight. They were careful not to harm my furniture too. (I did'nt get any rust spots from my Lazyboy couch.) The equipment appeared to be new & up-to-date. Very top of the line. Oh! And he got all stains and kitty smells out! That's BIG! No more urine smells. He even gave me a free bottle of "Perky Spotter" in case there are any future accidents! (He said he would refill it next time too.) I'll deffinitly use them again. read more

Awesome!! Best customer service, Knowledgeable and Excellent at what he does. I was contacted by Jason through Thumbtack regarding mattress cleaning. He contacted me the same day and offered his availability same day as well. Now mind you, I've fallen for Super low quotes in the past where they show up and the price jumps super high, so I was skeptical. But, Jason gave me a reasonable quote and it didn't change once he showed up. I was impressed with his thoroughness and the fact that he used quality products and especially SOFT WATER for the job. So I was adding a review and remembered I had this one. So we had a follow up appointment and I waited for hours, not even a single phone call and a no show. I called, no answer, I texted, and an hour later was advised family emergency. Cool, I understand when you are the sole worker/owner. Right away I asked if we could reschedule. I never heard back. Messaged again a few weeks later, never heard back. Not sure if this company exists anymore? So great for the initial work, but overall unhappy. I have been living in my apartment for about 2 years and never had my carpets deep cleaned, so you could imagine what it looked like.
