Well, in 15 years with this phone the mail box has never been full. I was told they could come at the beginning of next year. Now a 7 month wait. Seriously.?. One phone call after a 3 month wait and then on to the next person. Couldn't even try twice. I used to work in remodeling and I would never handle an account like that. Disappointing doesn't cut it. I will never spend my money with these people.
