We had ~1300 SQ FT of Concrete; New Aluminum Metal Roof with 1.75" Rigid Foam Insulation, on both our Manufactured Home and the roofs of our Carport and Patio Room too; Patio Room was enclosed with Solar Screening, ceiling fans added, and a 9' wide Roller Screen Panel; Carport was extended in length, and the West side was Solar Screened. (Both Carport and Patio Room were basically rebuilt.) I'll note that this was in the hot months of 2024. And so far we're seeing a 20-30% reduction of AC run time, per the Smart Thermostat, due to the roof and solar screening. I, we, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Westerner. Decades of experience was evident. Value? Many times in life, the rock bottom price for an item or project - turns out not to be a good investment. We feel we made a solid investment in our Foothills home, and that over the decades ahead, the higher quality of materials and cost of the skillset to do the job right - will pay dividends via smiles of usage.

The finish product had rocky edges and pitting all around with dark spots coming through and uneven lines, you can see the waves. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this guy. His workers were lazy , a representation of him. Walking on concrete that was already worked on. After I fired him, he clinched his fist and stormed off collecting his tools. I went inside to grab a check to pay him for the work that was done. When I walked back outside I noticed a large cavity in the concrete that wasn't there before. This guy grabbed one of his iron stakes and smashed it on the concrete while I was inside. He is mentally unstable and a hustler. Do yourself a favor and do not hire this guy.

We hired Viking Epoxy & Concrete to level and epoxy our guesthouse 20'x20' concrete floor. A quoted 2 weeks job turned into a 4+ month nightmare that effectively consumed our seasonal winter stay in Yuma. Come May 2022 Unsatisfied with the dull pockmarked unprofessional product come spring, we accepted the owner's word that we could move everything we'd been storing outdoors while awaiting the floor to be done back indoors and come next winter he would come finish the job. Fast forward to December 2022, we've been back going on 3 months now. Back in November, I called the owner to make arrangements to come finish up our floor. Once again, an appointment was scheduled. Prior to the scheduled time, I hired a body to help me move our antique furniture and family heirlooms outside the building. The owner was a "no show" without contacting us. 3 times I moved the buildings contents with hired help in and out of the building for missed appointments before the owner finally showed up as scheduled. Then he was on site 2-3 hours before packing up and telling my wife, "It's done, and in an hour, the floor would be usable." Viking Epoxy & Concrete's finished product is still a DULL POCKMARKED waste of material that has 60 - or 80 grit sandpaper scratches throughout, covered by a thick coat of wax. No matter how much polishing is done to the surface our floor will always be left with a dull finish do to flawed workmanship done to the layers of products under it.

The teams he works with and brings in for each phase were also great at their trades and very professional. Everything was done exceptionally well and to very high standards. We couldn't be happier with everything he did and it was real a pleasure to work with him. We feel like we live in a resort.
