Tight spot for our big rig . Nice hedges between spots, but hard to get in without having a spotter outside. We were only there one night. There is a pool we never saw it though. Park is immaculately clean, just don't park in the last row by the fence.

We stayed here for one night in September. The people at check in were very nice. The RV spaces are level and clean with all utility hookups. There is a large concrete pad but no picnic table or grill. I enjoyed the oleander in between all the spaces. The pool area is private and very clean. The water is not heated but it was refreshing on a hot evening. There are showers, including an outdoor shower by the pool. Our service dogs loved the pet park. It was very clean and had some grass, gravel and even a pet bathing area. We would stay here again.

First time RV'er but truly couldn't ask for a nicer place. Great staff. Clean. Super cute little showers and laundry facilities. Wifi throughout the park. Great view on our way to Mojave National Park!! 10/10 would recommend

What a gem! We stayed for one night on our way to the Grand Canyon, and were pleasantly surprised at this resort. The sites are very private, with tall bushes separating each one. I was able to take a shower in the newly redone bathrooms at the pool house, which were very clean and spacious. We weren't able to swim, but the pool looked very inviting! There was a big laundry room on site, and a cute dog park. I encountered the owner, who was very friendly. And this park was very quiet and clean. I would highly recommend this RV resort!

Lovely RV Park. Desert View RV Resort is one of our favorite places to stay. It's easy to maneuver big RVs, it's immaculate, quite, easy online reservations and after hour check-in. Nice wide private spaces with concrete patio. Awesome dog park. And, very reasonably priced.

What a pleasant surprise! 8 foot high flowering hedge between each site. Long pull-throughs allowing my 48' of truck and trailer to remain hooked up. It has a pool. The people who work here are very nice. It has WI-FI. ATT is strong. Hot during the day, 96, but drops off to the 60s at night. After passing through the town of Needles we were surprised to settle into the nicest RV resort we have stayed in on this whole trip.

We stayed at this park for one night and it was a disappointment. All gravel and hurt my dogs feet. The only place that had grass had a sign that said no poop. They have a lot of monthly and people hang out after 10:00 because it's hot and talk so got no rest. The pool was greenish. Chemicals were off. Won't stay here again.

Excellent RV Park! Just off Highway 40. Paid $35 ( Good Sam Discount) No dirt, paved or rock, poured patio pad, pool, showers, etc.

Spent 6 winters at Desert View and just love this place. Clean, private sites and plenty of functions to keep you busy.

2 days before our visit we decided to read reviews on yelp and we were terrified! (6 months preggo…read moreand 3 very opinionated teens) When we walked into the lobby it was very clean, of course it smelled like smoke, its a casino for gods sake! Not super overwhelming like others had mentioned. The room and bathroom were surprisingly clean and very roomy! There was no hair left laying around in the bathroom as previously mentioned in other posts. The water pressure in the shower was great, however the shower head was very low. My husband had to squat just to get wet. The toilet was also very low which was a little weird to me. The room came with an iron, ironing board and a blow dryer. Our end table did have an issue with the drawer, it kept opening but it wasn't a deal breaker!! I just so happened to have tape and that did the trick. The temperature knob in our mini fridge was missing so it took us a while to figure out how to make it cooler. The ac kept the room nice and cool but it was very loud, sounded like it was struggling big time. They had a smart TV, we were able to access netflix, amazin prime and another service (i cant remember) The arcade was decent but was prob better for smaller kids. Our kids still enjoyed it. The family pool was beautiful with plenty of sitting areas. It was about 90 something degrees when we went but the water was too cold for me! The kids and my husband had fun on the slides they had. They don't allow outside food or drinks but they had a little bar/snack shack. We did have to pay an additional 15$ for an extra pool wristband. 4 were given for a double bed room. The private beach was very cute but we didn't really spend any time there unfortunately. The ice machine was working and was a short distance from our room. We got panda express pretty late in the day, the food was a little sad but it was expected. We were located in the central tower, maybe all the terrible reviews werw from different areas of the hotel? Who knows. Oh, there only seemed to be luggage carts for those who were parking in valet, that part kinda sucked. We were also a ahirt distance from a gas station, Mc donalds, Starbucks and a few grocery markets. Overall we really enjoyed our time there and will def be visiting again.

I really wanted to enjoy our stay at the Avi, but unfortunately the condition of our room was…read moreextremely disappointing. The only positive experience we had was with the bell and valet staff. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly fast every time we needed them. They were easily the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was another story. The carpet throughout the room had numerous stains, including what appeared to be a large red stain near the bed. The room felt so dirty that I didn't even want my bare feet touching the floor. We ended up sleeping on top of the blankets because we weren't comfortable enough to sleep in the bedding. The bathroom was in poor condition. The bathtub barely drained, leaving standing water while showering. The bathroom exhaust fan was caked with dust, there was visible mildew or mold-like staining near the toilet plumbing, chipped paint and cracks around the bathroom door frame, and gaps around the shower fixture where it wasn't properly sealed. The cleanliness throughout the room was disappointing. The TV remote was covered in dust, the furniture had a noticeable layer of dust, there was dirt and debris behind the furniture, and even the ice bucket had visible residue inside. Overall, it felt like the room hadn't received a thorough cleaning in quite some time. For what this resort charges, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. The property has a great location and friendly valet staff, but management really needs to invest more in housekeeping and room upkeep. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again.
