Let me start off by saying this is not my first time dealing with screen printers. I reached out to PTT with a shirt design and initially went very smoothly....until the lack of communication started. I gave them specific details of how I wanted the shirt. I even asked them to create 1 proof, let me come look at it to approve, and then print the remaining shirts. I got a call friday saying all the shirts have been printed. When I asked why I never got to see the proof, they said the sticky note must of fell off the order. Hoping for the best I go look at the shirts. 19 out of 25 shirts were bad. All of the ink was distorted and crooked on the shirts. When i confronted the printer/manager he said that its normal and will retain its shape after its washed! you kidding?! I cant tell my customers to wash the shirts and they will go back to normal! They agreed to reprint the shirts. I was told I was going to have them Wednesday. Then Friday...still nothing, no call. I didnt receive the new shirts until the following thursday. All in all in took 3 weeks for them to print my shirts. The manger did not seem to care about quality, or their customers. They seem to just pump out reunion 2016 shirts. Im glad they fixed my order (eventually) but I will not go back to a company that does not have quality of their product as number 1 priority. Find a different one, there are lots in greenville.
