great experience, my nails look exactly like how i wanted them too. overall a great place to go to, staff is very sweet.

I went as a walk-in to remove the dip powder from my nails. They said they did not have time. There was one person getting a manicure and two people getting pedicures. Removing the dip powder polish takes 15 minutes (I timed it at the next nail salon I went to). I asked if I wanted a manicure if they had time for that. Guess what? They did. I understand that a manicure is more money for them than removing nail polish. However, it is listed as a service and "walk-ins welcome" is listed on their site. This is not a good way to welcome clients. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area. read more

I LOVE this place!!! I've never had a good experience at a nail salon, I always feel like they are talking about me or they never do my nails right but this place did it all. The atmosphere was awesome, the packer game was on while my nails were being done and everyone and cheering and happy especially the workers. I wish I asked the two people who did my nails what their names were but they were so awesome. I tipped extra because they 1) did everything right 2) were so kind and funny and 3) they even stayed open 10 minutes late for me because my nails ran long. I would also like to add it was $50 for my full set without tip which is less than other places I called. read more

My sister in law and I went today for an appointment at 3:40pm, but we sat waiting for 45 minutes as others walked in and were helped. When one of us was seen, they were extremely fast with the service and didn't take their time because it was close to closing. They hurried the polishing portion and ended up with nail polish all over. When they did mine they cut my nail way too short and my toe started bleeding. It is extremely painful, and they just put some glue on it. You can see that they didn't paint my whole toenail for any of my toes, and the "clean up" around the nail is subpar. we will not be going back. read more

This was one of the best experiences I have had so far getting my nails done. The tech that was working with me was polite and careful not to hurt me while she was doing the acrylic and filing. We didn't have to wait at all and the appointment took less than an hour (full set w/ acrylics). I would definitely recommend this business to those who are looking for a quick, painless, and enjoyable spa experience! They also charge a very reasonable and competitive amount for acrylic nails. My friends and I made an appointment for today to get our nails done for my friends wedding that is this Saturday. The bride wanted just white on her toes, the lady left a big gap between her nails and her toe. My friend asked her nicely if she could put another coat on and fix it and shape her nails more square than rounded. The lady HANDED MY FRIEND (the BRIDE) THE TOOLS AND TOLD HER TO DO IT HERSELF. Then she did a dip "ombré" to my nails , the pictures below are my nails. THIS WAS DONE BY A "PROFESSIONAL". She left all the junk on the side of my nails and this was my blob for nails. I understood they wouldn't look exactly like the picture, but this is NEVER what I expected them to look like. My friend (the bride) is crying, I'm crying, it's terrible. Worst excuse for a mani-pedi ever! Total time spent on both was less than 30 minutes. My fingernail edges were rough and still had loose skin hangnails. The man didn't even massage my feet! They were more interested in getting more people in $$$ than quality of service. Don't waste your money! read more

Awesome girls day treat! I took my 7 year-old niece with me and she had a lot of fun. While I got a pedicure, they painted her toes and fingers. She got flowers on her toes and glitter on her fingers! They were very nice and made us feel comfortable and welcome. I definitely would go again! read more

My nails ended up looking pretty good, however when putting on my full set, they were clearly trying to get me done as quick as possible and were very rushed and not gentle. I bled from 3 different fingers due to the file used with too much force. I'd say they do look nice but it's not really worth having cuts. read more

I have gone here several times. If you go during the day, there isn't any wait. The salon is clean and owners are friendly. Weekends can be busy. Bring your own magazine, unless your a teen. I think the magazines are one their teenage daughter subscribes to. read more

Really clean and nice new nail salon in La Crosse. Pedicures are 25 dollars. Cleanliness seems good and workers are nice and efficient. No wait when I arrived midday. No people magazines to read which is a bummer but not a deal breaker. I'll come back for sure. read more

San and Dac are always hospitable and do good work for fair prices. It's a nice, relaxing treat to visit them at their conveniently-located salon in the Village Shopping Center. There has been little to no wait when I have visited them (though calling ahead is never a bad idea if time is an issue), and they do efficient work without making you feel rushed. I have been very happy with the pedicures and manicures there, and my gel manicures have had good staying power. read more
