Bad craftsmanship. Over-sprayed paint on stucco and didn't fix on his own. Painting on a damp wood surface and ensuring client it is fine (but paint peels up). 5. Doesn't take responsibility for his work and blames others when it is not right 6. Sweet talk you and give assurance without warranty 7. Ghost you if you ask to make things right.
