Signs lead you up, then straight, then up again, then turn around and straight ahead again: you find yourself two levels up to your starting point, crossed the building completely - still no information desk... Found the second building just by surprise. You enter at one level and suddenly you are at level 3 - need to go downstairs to exit to another side. Its highly confusing! The building itself is stunning, but there's a lot of walking to do. And PLEASE give customers a chance to find what they are looking for!
