Kathy was knowledgable, personal, considerate and her style is impeccable. We placed a substantial deposit for custom office doors and a shower enclosure approximately 10 months ago. After repeated emails and phone calls from both myself and our project manager went unanswered for weeks, we were forced to advise Forge 53 that the delays were impacting our clients' possession date. On May 14, we finally received a response apologizing for the "radio silence," citing staffing changes and a backlog of custom projects. At that time, we were advised that fabrication would be completed by May 18/19, with installation anticipated as early as the week of May 25. Those dates have long since passed. Since then, multiple additional attempts to obtain an update have gone unanswered. We still do not have the products we ordered, a confirmed installation date, or any indication of when this matter will be resolved.
