I ordered some flowers from this florist off thier website as I do not live in the area and they were for a death of a loved one so I wanted to make sure that what I ordered would be what was advertised. The person I sent them too was happy with the flowers however of course they wouldn't know what I was ordering. She thanked me for sending them and shared a photo of them with me. Ive attached photos of both: advertised and those received/delivered. I called the store and informed them that the two look nothing alike. I was told they didn't have the same vesel but there were more flowers in the delivered one because the vesel was larger. I was also upset with the greenery (Christmas looking pine as these were sympathy flowers!) and the online photo didn't have as much greenery! I was told it is the winter greenery not Christmas greenery. The store offered to redo the arrangement, HOWEVER I did NOT want this to happen as they were grieving! Then they offered to drop off a new one, again I said NO because I didn't want them bothering them. Also the person who received them didn't complain about them, I was upset with what was sent out! I didn't ask for a refund, however I felt that a discount should have been offered! It was not! I even went to far as to inform them that I hope I didn't have a reason to send sympathy florals there again but if I do I wouldn't utilize thier services again. I was told well if you need too next time you can call and tell use what you'd like. At that point, I just said thanks and hung up. Now you decide does what was sent and what I thought I was ordering LOOK ANYTHING CLOSE? Other than being white flowers, NO IT DOES NOT. read more
