I only asked for it to be cleaned because we had just had some remodeling done in our house and there was drywall dust on it. There was a small stain on the back of the cushion. I did not request they try to get it out. Only requested a dry clean to remove dust. When i got the cushion back, someone had tried to remove the stain so hard that they tore several holes in the back of the cushion. In addition to this, the cushion appeared to have been washed in a washing machine as the cushion is now puffy, lumpy and uneven whereas before it was not. Also, it shrunk because it is now several inches shorter than the length of the bench. We expressed our dissatisfaction and nothing was done. The manager was not in the shop but had told his employee to tell us that he "doesn't give refunds." We also did not even receive an apology. I was somewhat caught off guard when I was asked to prepay when I dropped the cushion off but now I understand why. We paid $22 to have our cushion ruined. Don't go to this cleaners unless you want to pay to have something ruined and made unusable.
