The unit itself was immaculate and the décor gave off big time beach vibes. The condos are located right off 98 with easy access to all the restaurants and stores nearby. It is also walking distance to their own beach access which was awesome and we used it daily. Unfortunately, the weather was a little chilly so we didn't brave the big, cool pool. We did take advantage of the smaller pool next to the beach. Overall, this was a great stay for us and I would come back again!

They also have a full kitchen and beautiful dining area. The huge patio is an added bonus being that it has an ocean view! They have multiple pulls connected to the property (you must have a wristband to access it) . That's a plus because it makes visitors feel secure and safe. I love that it is also located directly across the street from a few attractions, a huge souvenir shop and the liquor store I reviewed. However my husband and I left with bumps everywhere! While in the bedroom, i had a cockroach crawl over my foot, and I was incredibly disgusted. The facility is obviously older, but the carpet situation needs to be addressed for sanitary reasons. Other than that, great beach access, and private chairs/umbrella are provided. Helpful staff, and great balcony view. Everything else was clean.

Throughout the years I've stayed in almost every condo on the first floor, and 209 and 211 on the second floor. Every time it has been wonderful. Check in is at 4, which is kind of late. But if you show up early and your room has already been cleaned and inspected they will almost always allow you in. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience with them. They always greet you with a smile and are super kind. Almost every condo has a king size bed, 2 bunk beds, and a pull out couch, so you can easily fit 6 comfortably. There is a full kitchen with cookware, 2 bathrooms, and one shower. From the living area there's a back porch that overlooks the gorgeous powder white sand and emerald coast. You're provided with 2 chairs and an umbrella. On the first day you go to the beach you can reserve your spot for the week so I would recommend getting to the beach early the first morning. There's also a pool and hot tub in the complex for when you need a break from the beach. One huge plus of staying here is that there is only 3 stories. The beach area behind Destin Beach Club is reserved for only residents so the beach is never overly crowded at this condo. Since you're right on scenic highway 98, you're close to everything there is to see and do in Destin. There's a plethora of restaurants, souvenir shops, and shops. You're also right next to the Destin harbor and all the new things it has to offer. Because of the great staff, amenities, view, and less crowded beach area, I would definitely recommend Destin beach club to anybody who is traveling down to Destin. Absolutely love this place, so many happy memories. Can't wait to be back!

There is no lobby and no bathrooms near by accept at the pool. The check in process was a nightmare. The door lock to Room 1630 is on its last straw. The hallway in the room is extremely dirty, I had to purchase slippers just to walk around the condo. The kitchen lacks most utensils, no napkins or rolling paper. Two rolls of toilet paper for 7 people....Each room was very dirty and the bedsheets were stained. I will attach photos of bedsheets in Room 1630. Most outlets do not work and the carpet in the living room is VERY dirty. Hot water does not exist so I had to take cold showers, seems like a common problem at this extremely old building. Two outlets out of the entire condo worked so my phone was constantly on 10% battery. Balcony is very small and filthy with a nasty carpet that gets soggy when it rains and starts to stink. The thing that shocked me the most is that at Jade East Towers was the fact that you could not have a canopy. This property wants you to purchase those old, disgusting, umbrellas that they sell. 45$ what a complete sham! It was 7 people in our group...Please future guests, make sure to read all of the reviews!

The location was great, the room was amazing, the amentities were the best part. This is a great place for families as the many pools and water areas are so much fun. They have poolside activities like poolside movies. There is a small tiki bar with a small menu on site as well. They also offer umbrella/chair rentals on the beach in front of the resort. I can imagine without the construction project you have a better chance of walking to the nearby restaurants/attractions, but we opted to drive. The parking is gated as well as the pool areas.
