We hired them for a $2750 outdoor street event and at the end of the event, they came to pick up the stands for eight balloon columns. We received a call that two were missing when they came back in the evening to retrieve the stands. On the next day, I found them in the vicinity of where they dropped them off the day before, placed them in my car so they would be secure, and we notified BBB. Jo said she would come by my office to pick up the stands. Upon arrival, she accused me of stealing them by removing them from the street the night she was looking for them, that I should have known these were hers and they should not have been in my car. She called me a liar and snatched the check from me when I handed her the payment. Totally not logical. If I stole them, why would I tell you I had them, have you come to me and have a sizeable check ready for you??? If this is how you treat your customers, I'm surprised you have any. This will be the last time this prominent organization I volunteer for will ever do business with you and you bet we'll also tell others about this very unpleasant and unprofessional experience!

Their team came the day of the wedding and set up the tent very quickly - like, under two hours for a 40x80 tent. It was impressive. Most other tent vendors we spoke with estimated set-up times two or three times longer than that. The tent itself looked amazing, especially when it was lit up at night (they supplied the lights). Seacoast also supplied our chairs and heaters, which was a huge plus. In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, they were responsive and very flexible, which made it much less stressful to plan. Phebe is the queen of vintage and romantic design. She totally got the vibe we were going for, took the ball and ran with it. She had wonderful recommendations on how to save money, and even did many DIY projects on our behalf (glazing mason jars anyone?). One of her great recommendations was getting flowers from Whole Foods, which I would guess saved us at least $1,000. Phebe was always accessible via phone and email whenever we needed her. Phebe said no worries she would remove the bows, and during the ceremony she ran over to the local grocery store to purchase roses so we could still have our big exit. That exit ended up being one of my favorite photos from the entire day and it only happened because of Phebe. Phebe also ran interference on some issues that I did not even know happened until I got back from my Honeymoon, including upset guests about seating arrangements, helping me with my 62 tie bustle, making sure my husband and I were where we needed to be at all times, making sure we both ate and were well hydrated, and making sure our vendors had a go to person besides my husband and I. I could honestly go on and go for hours about Making ME Event Planning, Phebe, and her staff. My husband and I are so blessed to have had her there in our corner so we could concentrate on what was important, enjoying our friends and family on an amazing day, that was filled with love and happiness, and honestly not an once of drama because of Phebe.
