I was referred to a medical Nutritionist that specializes in helping chronic illness patients. She was so honest in the fact that she was not who I, in fact, needed to be seeing, but that I NEEDED to be referred to Regina. This doctor contacted Regina (who is also a Nurse Practitioner) about my case and I, too, immediately made contact to have a session with her. Regina was super responsive and returned my call within a few hours to chat and schedule a session. I immediately felt a strong connection to her and felt this was exactly what I needed in my healing journey. Regina is THE most kind and compassionate being, that can take you to depths of yourself and your past to heal past trauma and truly undo what is held within the body. She is very respectful in acknowledging one's beliefs and always gets consent throughout the sessions. I particularly love this and feel as though I am, in fact, a part of my healing all around. My work with Regina has been long distance, as I'm in San Francisco and she's in Santa Barbara, but this has never been an issue in getting the full effects of a session with her. Employees were asked to perform medical tasks, not knowing the tasks required licensing or certification. Do not put your well-being in this woman's hands! In my experience, phone calls with a mere question require a visit or payment over the phone. Phone calls from other doctors are not returned in a timely manner. Visits are costly and expect to leave with $200 to $600 in supplements.

She is straight forward, is not a "boob nazi" (her attitude is: if you can breastfeed, great... if you can't, that's okay too and you shouldn't feel guilty about it.), and numerous people I know have gotten from unable to breastfeed to happily breastfeeding with her assistance. You can call Kitty (and this is her home number) at any time for advice. I've had to call her 4 different times for odd ball questions about medication and breastfeeding, duration of postponing, travel concerns, pump part questions, etc. - and FOR FREE Kitty gives helpful advice. I wish that I could give a donation to something in Kitty's name. She has been so helpful to us. She is a true Santa Barbara gem.
