I'm a psychologist, and I can really appreciate that Steve has a lot of those good counselor behaviors. 1) Steve is an active listener, and I never had an attorney allow me to talk so much as he did. He was genuinely interested in hearing what I had to say, and he wasn't going to frame things or making interpretations for me. He allowed me a chance to express my frustrations and nodded along sympathetic to them. 2) he put things in plain English, so I could really understand them in the most simplest terms and let me know what I needed to do and what he was going to do, clear roles. At the same time, Steve was willing to negotiate on his fee for some of the work and he was amenable to coming to middle ground. And the best part, 3) Steve has a wonderful team of consummate professionals working with him, and because of this, they work at lightning speed.
