He told me I would have to wait 6 hours just for them to take a look, and they don't take appointments. No apology. No urgency. Nothing. I strongly recommend avoiding this place for any tire service. I looked out the window after 10 minutes of waiting and I noticed the apprentice/mechanic was having issues opening my car. I ran outside asking if he needed help. He showed me my keys and told me he broke my house key while opening my car using my house key in the driver's side car door lock . The Apprentice at the desk got irate with me after I told him what happened to my property . It took me 5 minutes to calm down but he left my keys on the desk after telling me he's going to see what he can do about my keys. This time the old owner Grant was there and said that my front brakes were unsafe and down to the metal when the week before John said my brakes were fine. Naj the other new owner was the one that didn't properly check my brakes. Obviously the safety of their clients is not a concern for them. John didn't apologize or even look me in the eyes when he charged me for the brake job. He showed no regret or concern that he and his co-owner didn't properly check my brakes and sent me back on the road with metal grinding on metal. At least if he took responsibility and apologized I wouldn't be leaving this review. Horrible, shameful service. Would never trust them again.
