They've always been kind, understanding we were stressed and reliable. It was always a super experience. Now I would not recommend them! We booked them to pick us up after pcsing back into Ramstein with two kids and two dogs. The flight from Texas was delayed and the airport took awhile to deliver the dogs for pick up, so we arranged to pay for the driver to wait. We hurried to the pick up spot as quickly as we possibly could with all our bagage, two dogs, teen and toddler. It was an older gentleman and he was ANGRY. So so angry. He acted as if the delay had been caused by us. We apologized and told him we had talked to dispatch and had paid extra but he seemed so hung up on his anger. We packed the van ourselves while he went to sit in the driver's seat. We got our kids and dogs into the van ourselves. I also speak German and I understood what he was saying under his breath when we were packing up the van. The drive was not pleasant. He drove uncomfortably fast. The van was so hot and awful. We did not complain. We just wanted to get to our TLA without the drama. It was so awful and we were just shocked. It was a very negative experience.

Our guide for the weekend happened to be the owner, though he has other travel guides in his employ. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful from beginning to end. His two decades of experience ensured our trip to Prague and Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic was a success. The bus was equipped with a microphone (and a bathroom) :-) so while we were driving from place to place, he would fill us in on what our upcoming schedule would be and share points of interest along the way. The hotel accommocation was 4-star, included breakfast buffets, and was right at a metro stop for convenience. Our city guide, Paula, walked / talked us through Prague. She and our bus driver, Jürgen, were both professional and friendly. Owner, Oliver, and his Team lead various trips throughout the year!
