No information in the mailbox that they tried to 'deliver' it or anything. I would try to avoid using it if possible, without any safety regulations or package delivery confirmation its the worst.

We went to this shop to collect a parcel. The DHL site stated that the shop would be open between…read more8.00 and 18.00. We arrived at 13.02 to find the door shut and a customer inside - there was a sign at the door which suggested that the shop had changed its opening times and now has a one-hour lunch break from 13.00 to 14.00. As I am nine months pregnant and less mobile than usual I waited outside to ask to shop keeper whether we could quickly get our parcel. When the customer came out, the shop keeper slammed his door into our face as the other customer came out and left without giving an explantion or speaking to us. Would not recommend to go there.
