The people who work here are bitter as hell. Every time. Be prepared to get reamed out no matter…read morewhat your question, and if you dare to question what they tell you, (either because they don't know the actual prices and misquote you, or because they feel like saying they can't do something they just did the day before) get ready for an onslaught of resentment. Also the line is always really long. And they either can't or won't even try to speak more slowly, let alone try English just to get the line moving. Nasty, nasty place. Avoid at all costs.

I had to go there once to send a package via the express service and here's what I got: 1) Ridiculous prices 2) Staff knew absolutely no English 3) Bank staff kept telling me to go sit somewhere to write what I was writing because the chairs were for bank customers 4) The EXPRESS Packs took a week to arrive to the US because (I found out later) that this branch only processes it's parcel every two days!!
