I arrived to my first appointment and was taken back to a room after filling out some paperwork for my initial evaluation. My physical therapist, Dr. Bastian, is a godsend. He was thorough in my initial evaluation and listened to my concerns intently and had a ton of helpful information to ease my mind about everything I am going through. I have had several sessions so far and every time I leave, I feel a bit more encouraged and confident. I trust that with his help and my hard work I will recover from this terrible injury. However, Lorena in case management is a GEM! Things kind of got confusing as we were ready to leave as none of the main items we needed at home (bedside commode, wheelchair) were ordered for us.
