We did a consult the day before my appointment and she walked me through her plan. I came in and was given a mimosa (they also had coffee, water, wine etc) and we got to work! Customers wear masks, staff do not. I didn't ask her to put hers on, but I'm sure if I had she would have. However we are both vaccinated so all good. This cut and color was expensive but totally worth it (apx €300 w/VAT form). Idk what their prices are for a normal cut since this was my first time there. Will def return.

The wife was honestly concerned, since her hair was originally a dyed color of dark, blended red for years, and after bleaching they couldn't get all the red out. She originally wanted pastel mermaid colors but they weren't able to do it, due to not being able to get the red out. Yet, the stylist was able to work her magic and transform the wife's hair into something she loves. Just a different style of 'mermaid.' They only take euro, no debit/credit, yet the cost is honestly cheaper than what you will pay stateside. Oh, they also take VAT forms.

I went in for the first cut, which was okay, when I went in for the second time, the barber didn't…read moredo of what I asked for, but it was alright, the third time I went in there, (no names named) a barber close to the door, absolutely butchard my head, didn't do anything i asked for, he used thinning shears to "take some off the top", kept using clippers on the back side of my head instead of scissors to fix it, and after telling him not to touch my beard, he goes and ruined it, when he asked me who lined it up before going there i said "I did" - which i really did, he left the back of my head with bald spots, the top of my head after showering, all uneven and looks like garbage. He was on his phone 3/4 of the time, just randomly stopping to do whatever he was doing. Also, thr back part of my head- the part he couldn't fix, he goes "I don't know why its like that" like, are you F kidding me, all my years going to a barbershop, i've never not once have a "barber" say i don't know why it's like that. He didn't wet my hair, didn't use scissors, im 99.9% sure he doesn't know how to use them, and was unprofessional the whole time. Of what the other reviews i've read, most of them people in there need to be fired or find a new career path. I don't recommend this place at all. I'm not the one to cause a scene, I payed left and put my hat on to how bad it was.

She is GREAT! I've gone to a few other places here and have been very disappointed. Paula does not disappoint!!!!! Highly recommended! I'd give her more than 5 stars if I could!!!
