Beware of this company! I left a honest review on FB and I was blocked by Suzanne after and now it's gone. This is unethical and deceitful. I tried to message her on fb as well and am blocked. I left this review below because the photos were not edited well for the price. "If I am being completely honest there are a few things that could be improved. The photos weren't edited the best, the backgrounds are a little sloppy on a few. I added examples in comment of where they're filled in with a completely different color and it does not look professional or others that were edited weird. For $200 and the peacock chair I honestly would have expected better for professional photos. I also did not like that you only get about 30 edited pictures to choose from. I would prefer to see the 100+ raw photos we took and then choose which ones I want to be edited, you would also probably sell more that way. Most of the other photographers I have worked with do it this way." Instead of apologizing and offering to fix the photos she blocked me. This is not someone I would recommend doing business with. I will ALWAYS work with Suzanne. She truly has a gift. Never had a bad experience with her. She always communicates clearly, sends a thorough contract so there's no misunderstandings or miscommunications, she's clear in her business dealings before hand and ensures everyone is on the same page. I've worked with her for years and have seen instances where some of her customers have neglected to read the contract or communicate clearly, then blame her for their misunderstanding to the point where they'll call her a scam artist and actively work to destroy her business. I was so excited to have my daughter's pictures taken to commemorate her high school graduation. I reached out to Suzanne and we planned to met. She sent a very strict contract which I signed bc I knew we wanted to have the pictures done. Suzanne made my daughter feel comfortable and took great shots. We had a miscommunication and Suzanne was accommodating and met my daughter another day to capture the cap and gown pictures. After that is were this experience went in a very different direction. Suzanne rushed me to pick out pictures threatening an additional fee if I didn't pick the ones I wanted within 48 hours, I had questions and requested 5 different times to speak with her. She would not. She does not answer phone calls and only responds via messenger. She would not share pricing for printing pictures or canvases, which I had asked her about more than once. due to the uncomfortable nature of our interactions and the fact that she would not actually speak with me after I requested her to do so five times I decided to buy my images and print them myself(an option which she offers) When I received the download, there was a picture that had asked her about that was not formatted properly. The trees looked like a cartoon. She told me to just crop it and assured me that it was just a filter -when I sent it to her after buying the image circling the area of concern she sent me a new image edited but again would not talk to me after I tried to call her. It's very difficult to work with a business person who will not get on the phone with you and wants to only communicate by text. I did not find her transparent with her pricing ie when I asked how much is 10 images she said the price "plus a small processing fee" however would not state what that processing fee was. I would not recommend this business and have been very disappointed and frustrated with the experience. read more

PSA.... DO NOT HIRE DIVINE PORTRAITS OR GRACE DIVINE FOR ANY PORTRAITS!!! She is an absolute SCAM ARTIST! She changes the name of her business to get away with scamming people. I didn't even know her real name wasn't Grace until we got to the photo shoot & I called her Grace & that's when she told me her name was Suzanne. Her real name is Suzanne Cosme. She quoted me $200 (plus a $29 "processing fee" because she uses some cheap ass app) for an hour session fee and then $250 for 20 edited photos. The session lasted less than 30 minutes because it started to rain. I told her when we arrived to the location it was going to rain and she kept saying "oh no, it's moving off shore" & I kept telling her it's not moving away & it's coming right for us. She NEVER offered to retake the photos at no additional fee and she never offered to take us back to her "studio" to finish the photo shoot that I paid for. She knew that the photos we were taking were a once in a lifetime experience to our family and these photos could not be replicated. She knew our son would be proposing to his girlfriend and that my mother in law would be here and this was the first time she has ever seen our oldest son's children. We take the photos and the next day she sends me the photos via email. The photos were edited HORRIBLY & there was multiple of the same photos and the quality was HORRIBLE! We actually got better pictures on our cell phones Then she send me the price for 40 "edited" photos for $980 EXTRA on top on the $229 I have already paid, that being a total of $1209 for digital images ONLY! The editing was literally a fake sunset in the back of the photos and you can see the difference from the original photo to where she attempted to add the sunset. One photo of the engagement has a tower literally coming out of my future daughter in law's head & one photo is of thigh where my son is holding the ring box and you can't even see the ring. The family photo the grandbabies aren't looking in most of them, my mother in law's position in the photo makes no sense, she has me on one knee in the sand & you can hardly even see me! I specifically told her over and over again that I don't like surprises when it comes to finances and she just kept saying over and over again that I could trust her.
