This was supposed to be a safe place for Georgia's high risk population handicapped and intellectually disables. I will never forgive myself for placing my loved one at Devine Trinity. She was dragged from one address to another by the owner who has five facilities all under the same name within five years time. Finally, by age 48, she had suffered a heart attack, pancreatitis, epilepsy with grand mal, seizures, dementia, broken hip with complete replacement, dislocated knee cap, four violent, sexual assaults, 14 hospitalizations for severe dehydration with hypernatremia and deadly sodium levels. Not to mention she was already suffering from stage four kidney failure. And if that wasn't enough, during the height of the Coronavirus pandemic, the owner placed her in the danger of a nursing home facility, also called Devine Trinity. Minnie was no more than a commodity! This heinous negligent behavior was where Minnie contracted the virus. Not only was the family not aware that our family member had Covid-19, we were not told that she was being kept alive on life support for 20 DAYS IN A DIFFERENT STATE!! This owner had FOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBERS and failed to notify us!! Aunt Sharon is going to get justice and accountability for this, Minnie.
