20 May, 2016 I was talking to Mr. Nitin or Yetin, who said he is a tax accountant at Davis Tax Service. This is what I have to say: 1. He (they) don't have proper answers 2. He doesn't have the courtesy to call back, when he says he would 3. He has no idea how to deal with a customer. This I say because he was abrupt and actually, BANGED THE PHONE ON ME. If this is their behavior towards someone new and who might become a potential client, I am appalled by this behavior, These people should not be allowed to do business and should just close office and go back to whatever hole they came out of. Please do not go to Davis Tax Service with your tax issues, because first they will take your money and screw you with wrong and incomplete information and second they will treat you like " CRAP " One should actually be sued for that kind of behavior. Please anyone who has had similar experience, please ask for your money back or if they refuse a refund, tell them you would take them to court, if they don't ....and I am sure you will get your money back and rightfully so. We have been using Devis Tax Service for about six years now and have never had a problem. It's a one man operation and he makes sure you get back everything you should. I had 10+ years of personal tax to file. So I did my due diligence & researched available tax services in Scarborough. Devis Tax Service kept coming up and the reviews were really good. After placing a call, (which was answered with a LIVE person) was given an appt same day. With files in hand, I arrived and was greeted with complete professionalism and a down-to-business approach. With a quick review of my tax files, I was invited back the next day to call Revenue Canada to obtain the missing forms in order to file. Next day, within 15 mins we had made contact with Revenue Canada, obtained ALL missing info, AND invited back NEXT day to procure ALL tax documents to file. AMAZI|NG!!! The next day, I arrived and all 10 years were prepared in an envelope, (with the exception of the most recent year to e-file!) for me to take & post.
