Dakota was punctual, professional, and very thoughtful of the work required, and how to best go about it. The demo work was very messy but Dakota was very careful to clean any debris left as he was transporting it out of the unit. He talked with me before he started to ensure he understood the vision and the look I was going for, as well as to ensure there wouldn't be any surprises or concerns raised afterwards. Dakota finished the work faster than I anticipated and always checked that I was satisfied with the finished product before he considered it done. His work failed city inspection badly and had to be completely torn down. We had to fire him and, even though we received no results at all on the work he contracted to do, he refused to return our deposit. We'll be seeing him in small claims court and have learned another client of his is doing the same thing for similar reasons. Look further for someone who knows what they are doing.
