Knowing that there are so many external factors when getting loans approved and all signatures needed, I was a little skeptical, but our agent assured us that these two were some of the best and they could get it done. Our first house was supposed to take 30-days and ended up taking 45, so you could understand my concern. She couldn't have been more right as this transaction was pretty flawless.
