This is a great wee local spot and has been busier than your average bee since it opened!
We decided to take the one legged wonder out for Father's Day dinner and after a starter and a main each, an after dinner mint felt like a herculean effort! I've never had a bad meal in here. They have a few different steaks on the main menu, but they also do a ''sizzler'' deal which basically translates as a steak with all the fixings for just under a tenner, happy days!
The middle sister is as fussy as fussy eaters get (sadly this doesn't seem to be diminishing with age) and even she has yet to find something to complain about here, bonus for anyone in her company ;)
It's fairly small, so if you're looking to go at the weekends or days like today then I'd advise booking a table as the chances of getting a walk-in are slim to nil. The staff are friendly and attentive and the service is great, the wait for food is never long, despite it usually being heaving.
We fed 4 people with a few drinks each for 67 quid so I'd do yourselves a favour and get to the Devonpark posthaste!! read more
