Plus these guys cleaned up after themselves and left our many trees and bushes looking just as we wanted them to look, which is no small feat in our yards where they tackled a variety of plant life of various shapes, sizes, and heights. Joe was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. I received the quote quickly and it was a reasonable amount for the scope of the work to be done. Getting the job scheduled was very quick and easy. Joe was great about walking through the entire process with myself and my neighbor. The foreman Austin and his crew arrived when it was 15 degrees outside and did a great job removing all of the trees safely and working within the small area they had to get all four down in miserable weather conditions. I hired Devoted Tree Solutions to trim/prune three trees in my parents yard. My parents are in their mid-80's. The company was very responsive to our request for an estimate. The estimate was extremely reasonable and they even gave a senior citizens discount. They are arborists and this was very important to my parents because their trees are old and they have lost a few limbs during storms and heavy snow. Arborists care about the whole tree. The crew did a beautiful job trimming the trees and left the yard spotless from debris. From initial estimate request to job completed took less than a week. We actually needed a fourth tree trimmed but they couldn't do it because the branches had grown into some power lines and recommended contacting the city. Turns out, the city tree trimmers are arborists too. They were out in no time to take care of things and it is a free service! Also, Devoted Tree Solutions is a women owned business and part of their proceeds are donated to charitable organizations to feed and clothed children in need. From the moment Clark stopped by to inspect our trees he was knowledgeable and willing to discuss any questions or concerns we had. We had one giant pine and 2 cypress trees that they took down for $2,400. Clark even included crown cleaning of our existing trees that were staying on our property (which was really nice). It was easy to schedule an appointment with them, although they were booked out 2 weeks in advanced. It wasn't a huge issue for us but we were anxious to finally get these trees removed. The day of removal finally came and the guys were amazing. Very professional and several of our neighbors came out just to watch them cut everything down. I'm so glad I found Devoted, they explained my tree to me and that it was healthy just needed heavy branches taken off and thier quote was better than the other company. I hired a team from Devoted Tree Solutions to trim back four large, very tall trees in a very tight suburban backyard. The team arrived on time within about a week of scheduling their visit. Everyone on the team was very polite and considerate - the leads explained to me exactly what they were doing and why. Two years ago we asked Devoted to trim the cedars and firs in front of our lake front deck to improve our view (maybe 12-18"). After a while I went out to check on progress and found they had cut deeply into the center of both trees badly mangling them and leaving ugly barren branches. The head arborist came out and was likewise shocked at the damage but told me it would grow back as nice as it was before. Well, two years later, it still looks horrible. The arborist who came to give a quote this year saw the damage and was also shocked and apologetic. Her remarks were "don't worry, we'll take care of you", then I received a bid 50% higher than what I paid in 2020. If this is what "taking care of you" means, I want no part of it! Clearly, Devoted has no intention of taking any responsibility for the damage they caused two years ago. Don't believe everything you read or hear from them. read more

We had 4 very tall and large fir trees to be removed, along with the wood and stump grinding. We interviewed 8 contractors and obtained 7 bids (one never responded back). Representative from Devoted Tree was knowledgeable and professional. He noted that removal of the requested trees would leave two more vulnerable to the elements and these two should also be removed. The bid he provided was very competitive. From acceptance of the bid to the date the work was done was about a week. The tree cutters were professional, conscientious, considerate and brave. They were climbing and dealing with the tall trees/branches when it was very windy! Clean up was excellent. The wood was removed quickly and efficiently. Stump grinding was done quickly. The company office staff was very helpful in responding to concerns and questions. We would highly recommend this company. We have more trees and will likely utilize their services when we are ready to say goodbye those remaining trees. read more
