He said he would check out my yard, 2 days ago, Tuesday..no estimate , no show, no call of explanation, no answer phone or return my call. Friday, I called and he answered the phone and had seen my yard. Awaiting a written estimate and says can start next week. We shall see. If all goes as he says, then i will upgrade review. Gary reached out as soon as I notified him that a tree had fallen in my yard. He and his crew were out cleaning up the damage and trimming all my trees within two days. Very happy with the work and clean up. Price was very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend Dewees! read more

After losing a large tree after 5pm today, I called Dewees Tree Service who was responsive and happy to head out this evening to remove the huge tree from our driveway and yard. They were prompt, arrived within an hour of our call and worked for two hours, clearing and removing the tree and debris. Very nice to work with and price was so reasonable we included a healthy tip! I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, great job! read more

Complete lack of customer service from the company's owner Gary Dewees. Tried multiple times over the period of weeks to contact the owner Gary to discuss the problems we faced to no avail and with no response. He showed up only to take money from my wife while I was away at work. Found a broken bird bath in our backyard, broken stone paver, and ruts in the ground from machinery where ground wasn't properly covered. Very disappointing and will be communicating our experience to all friends, family, neighbors, and community so that they do not experience the same misfortune. Not a good experience by any means and would advise avoiding. read more
