Unfortunately, we quickly learned that the price does **not** seem to reflect the quality of care\. He has had **10 laser hair removal treatments overall and has never been burned**--until his first and only appointment here\. During the treatment, he specifically told the technician that his neck felt like it was **burning**\. Her response was, *"That's so weird,"* and she **continued the treatment anyway**\. His dermatologist later confirmed that he had, in fact, been burned\. When he returned to address the situation and requested a refund, Green Wellness refused and offered credit toward other services instead\. I'm sorry, but why would someone who was **burned during their first appointment** want credit to come back and potentially get burned again? Things can go wrong with any treatment\. What is completely unacceptable is a customer telling you **in real time that something is burning them**, and the technician continuing anyway\. If you're going to charge premium prices and market yourself as experts in treating different skin types, the bare minimum should be listening to your clients when they tell you something is wrong. He's called several times, come in, sent pictures of burn. Since then he's given up on trying to get a refund; but I feel like people should be aware of this situation before they waste their hard earned money on a sloppy service like this **Very disappointing, very unprofessional, and absolutely not worth the premium price\.**
